“How to Date Again”
The 2026 SLO International Film Festival, running now through April 28, has announced it is experiencing historically full screenings.
In response to demand, the festival has added a screening of How to Date Again on Monday, April 27 at 10:45 a.m. at the Downtown Center Cinemas. The festival gave one of its cast members, Haley Joel Osment, a Craft in Focus Award on Saturday. The festival is hosting the film’s World Premiere.
Festival officials also announced that the feature-length documentary Steal This Story, Please, about trailblazing journalist Amy Goodman, will have a full theatrical run at the SLO Film Center’s Palm Theatre starting May 15.
Encore screenings at the Palm Theatre of popular films from the festival will be announced after the close of the festival on April 29.
