The Central Coast Writers’ Conference has announced its opening keynote speaker: Brooke Warner, publisher of She Writes Press and SparkPress and an award-winning writing coach.
Warner is the author of Write On, Sisters!, Green-light Your Book, What’s Your Book?, and three books on memoir. She’s a TEDx speaker, a columnist for Publishers Weekly, a weekly podcaster, and the publisher of a weekly newsletter on Substack called Writerly Things.
“Brooke Warner is a leader in the industry, a natural motivator, and a strong advocate for writers,” according to conference director Meagan Friberg. “Her expertise and passion will set the stage for an inspiring conference.”
The 41st annual Central Coast Writers’ Conference will be held September 26-27 at Cuesta College.
