The SLO Film Fest has announced that its 30th annual festival will be held April 25-30, 2024.
Film submissions are now open, and in addition to the standard categories and competitions, the festival hopes to grow its newest category, music videos. Central Coast filmmakers and youth filmmakers from around the world are welcome to submit entries to the Central Coast Filmmaker Showcase and Filmmakers of Tomorrow Showcase, respectively. All alumni filmmakers are invited to submit their latest works for free by emailing for an alumni waiver.
The festival is seeking volunteer screeners to help narrow the submissions into its final program. Potential screeners can email festival staff if interested in providing feedback, or if you want to learn more. Past screeners can also contact staff if interested in continuing.
