Three Jewish widows meet once a month to visit their husbands’ graves in The Cemetery Club, a heartwarming comedy by Ivan Menchell opening at By the Sea Productions on Friday, May 12.
The tradition works well until one of the women becomes interested in the local butcher, and her friends attempt to sabotage the budding relationship. Directed by Anita Schwaber, the cast includes Jean Miller, Laurelle Barnett Kelty, Russell Snow, Janice Peters, and Debora Schwartz.
The Cemetery Club runs through May 28, with showtimes at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays. Reservations are recommended.
