Order your holiday trees and wreaths online—now through November 20—to support SLO High School and Laguna Middle School bands.
The annual Holiday Tree & Wreath Sale, coordinated by the San Luis Obispo Instrumental Music Boosters Association, is the largest fundraiser for the school bands, funding instruments, uniforms and transportation to parades and competitions.
“The trees arrive freshly cut, and the cost is less than the average retail price,” according to Loni Kirk-Carbonella, one of the sale’s co-chairs. “At the same time, each purchase ensures that band programs can continue to improve the lives of kids in our community, so it’s definitely a win-win.”
Twenty-four inch holiday wreaths are $30 and Noble and Douglas firs (ranging in price from $55 to $100) are available for purchase, and they must be picked up at SLO High School on Saturday, December 5. Curbside delivery to homes in San Luis Obispo is available for an additional fee.
