A young noblewoman and a notorious lady pirate embark on an adventure to find a witch’s treasure on a perilous island.
The Piratess, a brand new comedy penned by local playwright Ben Abbott, plays onstage at The Great American Melodrama through April 25.
Directed by Eric Hoit with a score by Jordan Richardson, the production promises flashing swords, bold escapes, and a fearless crew of scallywags, heroes, and high-seas troublemakers who bring a swashbuckling story to life.
