Santa Maria native Myriam Gurba is the featured author at the 15th annual Cuesta College Book of the Year lecture and book signing on Thursday, April 18 at 5 p.m. in the Mainstage Theater at the college’s Harold J. Miossi Cultural and Performing Arts Center.
Her latest book, Creep: Accusations and Confessions, is a provocative essay collection exploring the creep of toxicity and negatively that has wormed its way into daily life.
Sponsored by Cuesta College Friends of the Library and County of San Luis Obispo Public Libraries, the event is also available virtually. General admission is $15, and parking in Lot 2A is included with ticket purchase for all in-person attendees.
