Cambria Center for the Arts stages Into the Woods, the Tony Award-winning Stephen Sondheim show that reimagines fairy tales we all know and love, at the Cambria Center for the Arts Theatre April 17-27.

Directed by Dakota Simpson, the groundbreaking musical weaves together the stories of iconic characters like Cinderella, Jack (and his beanstalk), Little Red Riding Hood, and the Baker and his Wife as they pursue their dreams and face the consequences of their wishes.

As their adventures unfold, the show explores the complexities of human desire, the bonds of family, and the sacrifices we make in pursuit of “happily ever after.” The musical also features a witty, thought-provoking book by James Lapine.

A special preview performance is scheduled April 17, with a regular schedule of performances April 18-19 and 25-27. Tickets are available online.
