The Atascadero Community Band presents a free musical romp through the wild and wonderful world of animals in its fall concert October 25 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Atascadero Bible Church.

“Critter Pitter Patter” explores the animal kingdom, where every critter has a story, every creature has a song, and the pitter-patter of tiny (and not-so-tiny) feet lead to a joyful musical adventure.

From elephants and bears to bees and butterflies, from birds in the air and fish and dolphins in the sea to chickens, cats, dogs, and even a mischievous rat, the concert celebrates creatures with selections like “Baby Elephant Walk,” “Flight of the Bumblebee,” “Wolves of Alaska,” and many more.

While the concert, refreshments and parking are free, donations will be accepted to benefit the Central Coast Zoo Foundation, and audience members are encouraged to dress in their favorite animal costumes.
