Vocalist Katie Kadan, best known for her appearances as a contestant and Top 3 finalist on NBC’s singing competition The Voice, comes to the Clark Center in Arroyo Grande on Saturday, November 22 at 7:30 p.m.

Classically trained in both piano and voice, Kadan reportedly never had the confidence to perform on her own, until at age 30 she did an open mic and was floored by the positive response.

Blending gospel, blues, and soul into every song to create her signature sound—soulful, smooth, and rich with jazzy flair—her performances are heartfelt and unforgettable.

John Legend, who became her coach on The Voice, called her one of the best vocalists to ever grace the show. “We don’t deserve you, Katie,” he said. “You deserve more than The Voice. You deserve Grammys.”

Known for her larger-than-life presence and fearless authenticity, she sings with a conviction that makes audiences feel every lyric deep down.

For her Clark Center performance, expect soaring power ballads, uplifting anthems, heartfelt love songs, and reimagined classic covers, according to Clark Center executive director Dave Pier.
