Gabby’s Dollhouse Live!, an a-MEOW-zing musical show, brings to life an original story with an all-Australian cast, unique puppets, dynamic staging, and song favorites—including “Sprinkle Party,” “Hey Gabby,” “Music In You,” and “You Can’t Spell Meow Without Me”—that will have kids singing and dancing along from beginning to end.
Cal Poly Arts is bringing this 75-minute live show to Harold Miossi Hall at the PAC SLO on Friday, September 26, for two performances at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Gabby’s primary audience is children aged 2 to 6 years, but the show is suitable for all ages with its engaging storyline, creative staging, great music, talented cast, and incredible puppets.
Gabby unboxes a special acorn that needs the magical touch of a rainbow to grow. But when CatRat causes a color cat-astrophe and breaks the rainbow, Gabby and the Gabby Cats must find the colors again to set things right. They travel to the Cat-O-Sphere, Mermaid-Lantis and some favorite Dollhouse locations in search of the colors that will help rebuild the rainbow.
Ticket prices start at $35, with a special VIP Package for $190 that includes prime orchestra seating, a special gift, and admission to a meet & greet photo opportunity and pre-show party featuring refreshments, coloring, stickers, temporary tattoos, and other hands-on fun.
