The San Luis Obispo Vocal Arts Ensemble presents three concerts celebrating the holiday season: November 29 at Trilogy Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, December 2 in the Mission San Luis Obispo, and December 10 in the Harold J. Miossi CPAC at Cuesta College.
“Dona Nobis Pacem” (“Grant Us Peace”) features classical choral music, a couple of offbeat surprises, and a rousing sing-along of holiday favorites.
Celebrating 47 years making beautiful choral music for audiences in San Luis Obispo County and around the world, Vocal Arts has won friends, acclaim, and awards in international choral festivals. Tours have included the British Isles, Russia, Poland, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Uruguay, Sweden, Italy, France, Norway, Spain, and Canada. Founder Gary Lamprecht is musical director and Judy Robertson provides accompaniment.
