Festival Mozaic launches its Summer 2025 San Luis Obispo Music Festival on Friday, July 18, with a chamber concert encompassing discovery, connection, and the thrill of live performance.

The opening night program at the Harold J. Miossi Cultural and Performing Arts Center at Cuesta College begins with Haydn’s “Divertimento in G Major,” followed by Florence Price’s deeply expressive “Piano Quintet in A Minor.”

Erwin Schulhoff’s lively “Five Pieces for String Quartet” and Ernő Dohnányi’s dramatic “Sextet in B-Flat” follow, performed by some of the most celebrated musicians in the country: Steven Copes, Rannveig Marta Sarc, Scott Yoo, and Clinton Dewing on violin; Maurycy Banaszek, Caitlin Lynch, and Daniel Simmons on viola; and Ani Aznavoorian, Robert deMaine, and Ethan Blake on cello.
